Background

## Journalism and public media came first.

Austin area. Previously Washington, D.C.

I started in Washington, DC, as a television news writer and producer, then moved into digital product roles at PBS and NPR. That work taught me how storytelling, analytics, content platforms, and cross-functional teams fit together.

I later worked on early streaming, ecommerce, and direct-to-consumer growth in Austin before moving into senior product and operating roles in enterprise SaaS and AI/ML. I now focus on product strategy, workflow intelligence, product-led growth, and portfolio recovery.

I have also spent more than a decade in Pflugerville civic life as an HOA treasurer, Planning and Zoning Chair, Capital Improvements Advisory Chair, and now a City Council member.
